I don’t really have anything interesting to write today, but I came across this picture when I was in VA last weekend, which reminded me of a story about my dad. At the dementia care facility, there was a statue of the Virgin Mary in the fenced-in courtyard. Every morning, my dad, who had practiced yoga for several years, would go outside and bow to the Virgin Mary and say, “Namaste.” Not surprisingly, the statue did not answer back. Rude.
